When an injury affects your mobility, quality of life, or ability to do the activities you love to do, there is one goal: a rapid return to your normal activities. Unfortunately, soft tissue injuries such as sprains, tendon, or ligament injuries can take up to 12 weeks to heal. Fortunately, medical advances have allowed us to turbocharge the healing process.

MLS Laser Therapy is an advanced laser technology that can be used to eliminate pain, reduce inflammation in the body and promote tissue repair and regeneration. The MLS Laser Therapy is safe, painless, and non-invasive. This therapy is an FDA-cleared, Class IV (Medical) Laser. This therapy utilizes dual wavelengths of infrared light that can penetrate deep into tissues (up to 2 inches) to target injured areas. The laser treatment is delivered through the robotic head of the MLS laser. The duration and intensity of the laser therapy is tailored to the pathology of the tissue being treated. MLS stands for Multiwave Locked System, referring to the dual wavelengths of laser light.

We are proud to be on the forefront of medical technology by offering advanced treatments like the MLS Laser Therapy and have invested in the best technology as a key component of our continuing quest to provide the finest in healthcare.

How Does Laser Therapy Work?

MLS® Laser Therapy uses targeted light energy to reduce pain, calm inflammation, and speed up healing. The laser penetrates deep into tissue to improve blood flow, activate lymphatic drainage, stimulate cell repair, and reduce scar tissue. It also helps block pain signals and supports nerve recovery. By combining two wavelengths, MLS® Laser Therapy delivers fast pain relief while promoting long-term tissue healing.

MLS Laser Therapy: Conditions Treated, What to Expect, and Results

MLS Laser Therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment used to relieve pain and promote healing for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including sprains and strains, sports injuries, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, arthritis, neuromas, ligament and tendon tears, wounds, ulcers, and diabetic nerve pain. Treatment is drug-free, requires no surgery, and causes little to no sensation during sessions, which typically last 10–15 minutes.

Many people notice improvement within one to three treatments, with longer-standing conditions sometimes requiring additional visits. Because laser therapy addresses the underlying cause of pain and inflammation, results are often long-lasting. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual, with acute issues commonly needing around six sessions and chronic conditions closer to ten.
