Meredith Richer

Meredith Richer is the Office and Billing Manager and a familiar, friendly face for many people who walk through the doors of the clinic. For the past 14 years, she’s had the privilege of working alongside her brother and helping grow the practice into what it is today.

What Meredith enjoys most is simple but meaningful. She loves seeing people leave happier than when they arrived and knowing they’ve finally found relief. Many of the people she helps have been coming to the clinic for years, and those long-standing relationships are what make the work so rewarding for her.

One of Meredith’s proudest accomplishments is becoming fully vegan, driven by her love for animals and her belief in speaking up for those who don’t have a voice. That compassion shows up in everything she does.

Her biggest inspiration is her mom, whose kindness, generosity, and genuine care for others left a lasting impression.

Outside of work, Meredith loves spending time at her friend Aimee’s farm and animal sanctuary, where she happily hangs out with her many animal friends. It’s her favourite way to recharge. She’s also a big movie fan, with Weird Science holding the top spot. She jokes she could probably quote the whole film.

When it comes to food, her go-to order is tofu with cilantro jalapeño hummus, a favourite that fits perfectly with her plant-based lifestyle.
